30+ years ago, as an entrepreneur in Texas, I found my passion in the real estate and financial service industry. I took real estate classes over the years, at different institutions and colleges locally including HCC, UOFH and TSU. Online continuing eduction for finacial services from several colleges.

I started as a licensed real estate agent in 1985 with Womack Development. I became a licensed life insurance agent in 1987. From 1986 to 1989, An investment advisor (registered) later. I was a 1marketer for Southwest Financial Group. fom 1986-1989for a group of estate planners. Montandon Company Realtors 1986 to 1992. At Trinity Financial Services 1990-1993, sold qualified financial plans to educators. . At First Educators Credit Union as a financial service representative from 1993 to 1997, securities, annuities and life insurance. Later, at Managed Financial Services as a securities broker from 1998 to 2010. (Series 6, 22, 63 and 65) Lastly, at H-Town Realty from 1990 to 2014 as a real estate broker, also been licensed as a residential mortgage loan officer in 2000. no longer licensed as a mortgage officer or registered with FINRA /SEC.

As a consultant, Investment Advisory Representative for financial planning for 11 years. My ambitions grew for real estate investing and financial planning, I proceeded to obtain a real estate brokerage license in 2008. I continue to grow knowledge, in real estate and financial services professionally.

I am a well established professional providing successful results. I have assisted with and closed personal transactions as well.
