We are a Houston, Texas based real estate investment, finance and brokerage firm with over 30years of expertise and service in Texas.

We’re not a huge firm but more a boutique type very focused on serving our expanding client base with old fashioned hand holding service when necessary. The financial portion of our busiess is backedvby instutions with feep. pockets and a deep back office. Some people need transactional support only. We believe that a business operation should operate with honesty and integrity, and try to fulfill that objective daily as well as choose clients and partners accordingly.

We’re limited to Texas for our offerings and services. Howeve, brokerage is highly regulated by the state and we’ve chosen to limit our activities to this area. We act both as agents and in some instances will partner on transactions if there is a profit to be shared. As agents we operate on a fee, hourly or commission basis subject to type and the structure of transaction. We’ve done both residential, inestment and commercial offerings over the years in addition to creative financing situations, including self-directed IRA’s as funding vehicles.

We belong to a local Texas network of investors as a resource for marketing, legal, financial, construction etc, which makes our scope much broader to help you.
